About the Artist

Beverly Fish is a full time professional artist living in the Wallaceburg area.

Using a variety of media, Beverly has shown her work in over 27 shows in the past 23 years. In 1980, she graduated from Lambton College and went on to the University of Windsor where she graduated with a B.F.A. degree majoring in painting and printmaking. At the University of Western Ontario, she graduated with a B. Ed. majoring in Visual and Theatre Arts.

Since then, she has not only participated in many shows, but has illustrated two children’s books and a book cover illustration.

Current work can be seen at her own “Fishtale Studio” in Wallaceburg.

Many of her mixed media and watercolour works are in private collections in Ontario, Michigan, Ohio, North Carolina, Trinidad and Great Britain.

Besides gallery work, she also creates commissioned portraits of people, animals and buildings. Teaching individual and group classes in watercolour and drawing round out her busy schedule.
